Terms of Service

All orders placed with Celtic Pzazz, whether placed through our online store, or by any other means are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sales

• All sales are final.
  
  
• All prices quoted are euro.
  
  
• Online payment is accepted only through PayPal.
  
  
• No goods will be despatched until full payment has been confirmed as received and cleared (if necessary) by PayPal.  
  
  
• In the unlikely event that an item is sold to another customer before your order is confirmed by PayPal, a full refund will be given for the individual item, or for the entire order at your discretion. Alternatively, you may choose another item of the same value. This will be the limit of our liability in this regard.
   

Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order.
   
• All orders are subject to a delivery charge of €0.80 per item.
   
• All orders should be delivered anywhere in the world within 28 working days, but we expect a much shorter delivery time.
   
   

Warranty and Returns Policy

• In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 10 working days of delivery for a refund.
  Note: for hygiene reasons, earrings, nose rings and studs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
   
• All items sold are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any faulty goods may be returned to us by prior arrangement within this timeframe for replacement or repair as appropriate.
   
• Do not return any item without first contacting us by email orphone.
  
  
• Your return postage costs for faulty items may be refunded at our discretion up to a maximum value of the current delivery cost for the same item.
  
  
• In the event that we determine that the fault occured as a result of misuse or mistreatment, we reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.
   

Tax

For orders placed within the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) is chargeable and is included in the prices displayed in CleticPzazz.com. The current VAT Rate in Ireland is 21.5%. .

VAT charges of 21.5% are due on items purchased by a customer with a billing address within the EU but being shipped to another country.

VATcharges of 21.5% are due on orders if the customer is ordering from a country with a billing address outside of the EU but the item is being sent to a country within the EU.  

Orders shipped to the USA may attract a 6% US Import Duty on entry in to the USA and will be billed separately by or on behalf of US Customs & Excise. This may change from time to time. Please check locally to get the exact amount of the duty charges. We do not handle this charge.

Orders shipped to Canada will attract a Canadian Import Duty on entry into Canada. Please check locally to get the exact amount of the duty charges. We do not handle this charge.

Orders shipped to Japan will attract a 5% Japanese Import Duty upon entry into Japan. Please check locally to get the exact amount of the duty charges. We do not handle this charge.

Orders shipped to other countries please check with your own Customs offices as to whether you will incur import duty charges on orders being sent to you from Ireland.
