Returns Policy

Every sale is final. However, if your purchase is faulty, please return it with a letter of explanation as soon as possible. We will either replace the item or have it repaired at our discretion. In a case where the complaint is deemed to require a refund only the price of the item will be refunded. The cost of postage will not be refunded.
